Our Mission

The mission of this program is to help chronically homeless individuals and families achieve housing stability and long term health and wellness.

The PSH program uses the Housing First model, which emphasizes:

Housing First: Five Key Principles
Immediate access to permanent housing with no housing readiness requirements.
Participant choice and self-determination.
Recovery orientation.
Individualized and participant-driven support.
Social and community integration.
